Malbec: A more serious pet nat. Dark purple color with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, violets, liquorice and ripe plums. This medium bodied wine has a velvety tannin structure with a lovely fresh fruity finish.

3 days on skins, wild yeast, all stainless, unfiltered, zero additions, disgorged in late winter
