Cabernet Sauvignon: Springbok

This fruity, intense pet nat kicks off with an explosion of cherry, raspberry and banana. Full and fresh on the palate, it shows juiced blackberry and cherry flavours lifted by bright acidity.

2 days on skins, wild yeast, all stainless, unfiltered, zero additions, disgorged in late winter
