Vivid ruby-red. Lively raspberry, cherry and fresh rose aromas are complemented by hints of red liquorice and woodsy underbrush. Shows very good energy and lift to its juicy, red berry and floral pastille flavours. Finishes smooth with persistent bubbles.

Whole bunch pressed, wild yeast, all stainless, unfiltered, zero additions, disgorged in late winter.

Delivery will be free of charge within South Africa of orders above 3 cases. Smaller orders will be charged for delivery, however, we do keep this to the minimum possible. For orders overseas, the standard freight and customs rates for the country involved apply when ordering directly from the estate.
